Recipes to Get Your Glow Up

Wake Up & Glow Green Smoothie

2 cups spinach

1 small bunch cilantro (parsley or other leafy green of choice)

1 English cucumber

2 stalks celery

½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple

½ cup fresh or frozen mango

1 tbsp chia seeds

Juice of ½ lime, optional

Coconut water, to blend

½ small avocado


Combine all ingredients, except the avocado, in a high speed blender until smooth. Add the avocado, and blend until combined. Keeps well in the refrigerator for a day, or add leftovers to the freezer.

Spring Goddess Glow Bowl

I love the versatility of creating a glow bowl, as you can add whatever ingredients you might have on hand. Create your shopping list to include a few of the following so you can throw together a delicious and nutritious bowl in a flash. And don’t forget to make your favorite dressing for an additional pop of flavor!


1/2 cup quinoa

Premade kale/cabbage or slaw mix

Sliced persian cucumbers, sliced

Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

Colorful bell peppers, sliced

Kimchi or Sauerkraut (optional)


Add ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with the dressing of your choice.


Golden GLOW UP Dressing

¼ cup tahini

1 tbsp Coconut Aminos (or tamari)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 lemon, juiced

¼ tsp turmeric

A small, peeled piece of ginger

Pure water, if needed, to blend


Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. This is a great dipping sauce for raw or roasted veggies!
