Get Your Groove On Green Smoothie

1 cup organic, unsweetened coconut water - or green tea

2 cups fresh, organic baby spinach

1 small cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks

1-2 stalks celery

1/2 cup+ pineapple and/or mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

2 tsp ground flax seeds

2 tsp chia seeds

big handful fresh mint leaves

1/2 avocado

Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

1/2 cup ice (optional, but good if using fresh fruit)


Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. This recipe can be increased to make more servings, which can be stored in glass jars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
