Full Moon Lunar Infusion

According to the Farmers' Almanac, this week's Full Moon is known as the HARVEST MOON. For several evenings, the moonrise comes close to sunset. This results in an abundance of bright moonlight early in the evening, which was a traditional aide to farmers and crews harvesting their summer-grown crops. Hence, it’s called the “Harvest” Moon!

In our more modern culture, many have lost touch with honoring the natural, sacred cycles of the moon and the seasons. So today, I'm creating a Lunar Infusion to help us connect with the enchantment of the season.....

With this bright moonlight illuminating everything, it's also a great time to assess your current life flow, agendas and goals, but keep in mind that full moon rituals are about celebration—treat yourself to a beautiful dinner, time with friends, or maybe even buy something for yourself that will make your life easier.

However you choose to honor this enchanting Harvest Moon energy, I hope you'll make time to go outside and soak up the bold, dynamic moonbeams as the last lingering signs of summer fade into fall, and October begins.

Also, I'd love for you to consider joining Autumn Enchantment ~ a seasonal exploration of herbs, intuition & wellness! You can learn more by clicking here.

Happy Howling,
