For years I've been making these unicorn salads. Well, that's what I call them. I'm not going to lie, they really do seem to have some magical energy - maybe even miracle working powers. But it's not all that surprising when you think about it - eating the colors of the rainbow is the best way to ensure that you're getting the right mix of vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients.

There's nothing more satisfying and nutritious than eating food that is freshly harvested. And there's something so special about supporting your local growers. Get to know the person who lovingly grew your food. This truly is high vibrational eating. Good for you and good for our planet.
